Rowing Boats

For 26 years, I rowed at Clube de Regatas Riachuelo. I was always fascinated by the woodwork in the boats.

Today, they are made of carbon fiber and Kevlar, which makes them lighter and stronger. But the boats made from laminated wood, layer by layer, were exceptional in both design and performance.

Building a two-seat outrigger usually took about two months.
